Zymafluor - packshot

Just because you can’t see your baby’s first tooth, doesn’t mean it’s not there. Once these teeth start appearing, they are at risk of tooth decay. Kids teeth need fluoride. Fluoride can strengthen teeth making them stronger and more resistant to tooth decay from the inside out – even while the teeth are developing in the gums.1, 2, 3, 5, 6

Zymafluor® should be considered when water supplies are fluoride deficient.

When used appropriately, fluoride is both safe and effective in preventing and controlling tooth decay.1

Zymafluor® is specifically formulated to provide sufficient fluoride to prevent tooth decay.

Zymafluor® The power of 3 actions1, 2, 3, 4, 5

  • Makes young teeth stronger and more resistant to decay
  • Stops the breakdown of tooth enamel and rebuilds damaged enamel
  • Prevents the forming of dental plaque and the growth of bacteria that causes tooth decay

How to use Zymafluor®

  • Administration should begin in very early childhood (before tooth is formed)
  • Four drops or one tablet at 0,25 mg (crushed and dissolved in a little water) can be added to any fluid (except milk), solid meal, or administered alone
  • As soon as the age of the child permits, tablets should no longer be swallowed, but sucked slowly in the mouth, between the cheek and the gums, sometimes on the left and sometimes on the right side
  • Tablets to be taken in the evening after brushing teeth just before bedtime to maintain high fluoride concentration in the mouth for a longer period

* Zymafluor® should not be given with milk, dairy products, antacids containing calcium, aluminium or magnesium salts.
